Why we exist

Care staffing is a discipline of its own. The wrong HHA in a memory-care apartment costs more than time, it costs the resident's day. The right caregiver brings warmth that the credentials never quite show on a resume. Generalist agencies miss those signals, sending whoever is on the database with the closest ZIP code and the right initials after their name.

Blooming Staffing was set up to fix that. We are a US permanent recruitment partner with coordinators who have either worked in home-care offices, assisted-living communities or hospice teams. We talk care, we know the credentials, and we will not waste your call on basics.

What we do

We place direct-hire, permanent caregivers and care staff for US employers. Every candidate starts on your payroll the day they join, salaried or hourly. We do not run a per-diem temp desk. The desk is built around hires that show up, stay, and care.

Who we work for

Our clients are US home-care agencies, assisted-living communities, hospice teams, private-duty agencies and family-owned care businesses. Mostly mid-market employers with hiring managers who want a coordinator who knows what kindness actually looks like in a hire.

How we vet

Every candidate goes through:

  • Right-to-work verification
  • Reference contact, current and previous employer where possible
  • Credential verification (HHA, CNA, CPR, BLS, state-specific licenses, where applicable)
  • Background-screen readiness check before introduction
  • OIG / SAM exclusion list checks where the role calls for it
  • Motor-vehicle record reviews where transport is part of the role
  • Pay expectations, shift availability, nearest service area captured in writing
  • Most importantly, a structured conversation about why they came into care, scenario-tested for warmth and patience

How we think about a placement

A successful placement is not a candidate submission. It is the moment six months later when the caregiver is still with the client, still showing up with kindness, and still happy in the role.

Our values, the short version

  • Vet for kindness. Credentials matter, but warmth decides whether a placement sticks.
  • Check everything else. Every certification, every license, every screen verified before introduction.
  • Tell the truth. If the pay rate is below market, we say so. If the candidate is not the right fit for the client population, we will not pretend otherwise.
  • Stand behind the work. Free replacement period on every direct-hire placement.
  • One coordinator per client. The person who takes your brief is the one who follows it through.
